Air Fryer Roast Beef with Rustic Potatoes

Classic Sunday roast. Tender beef, crispy potatoes.

• 2 lbs beef roast
• 1.5 lbs potatoes
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp rosemary
• 4 cloves garlic

1. Season beef well.
2. Toss potatoes with oil.
3. Place beef center, potatoes around.
4. 375°F for 35 min.
5. Rest 10 min.
