Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Wings
The crispiest, most addictive buffalo wings you will ever make — and the secret ingredient is baking powder, not flour. Toss wings with baking powder and salt, then air fry at 400°F for 22 minutes. The baking powder draws out moisture and creates an incredibly crispy skin without any breading. Toss in classic buffalo sauce (hot sauce + melted butter) and serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks. Game day perfection.
- 2 lbs wings
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- Salt
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 4 tbsp butter
- Pat dry, toss with baking powder.
- Single layer.
- 400°F 22 min, flip at 12.
- Mix butter + hot sauce.
