Air Fryer Broccoli
Perfectly roasted broccoli with caramelized, crispy edges and tender stems. This is the vegetable side dish that converts broccoli haters. The high heat of the air fryer creates charred, nutty flavor that steaming can never achieve. Ready in 8 minutes.
- 1 large head broccoli cut into florets
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon juice (optional)
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Cut broccoli into bite-sized florets (similar size for even cooking).
- Toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread in single layer in basket — don't overcrowd.
- Cook at 400°F for 6-8 minutes, shaking at 4 minutes.
- Edges should be charred and crispy.
- Immediately toss with parmesan while hot.
- Squeeze lemon juice on top.
- Serve immediately — broccoli loses crispiness as it sits.
