Air Fryer Beef Ribs Brazilian BBQ Style
Tender, fall-off-the-bone Brazilian-style beef ribs in the air fryer. Slow-cooked to perfection with a caramelized exterior. This recipe recreates the famous Brazilian churrascaria experience at home.
- 2 lbs beef short ribs
- 2 tbsp coarse salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika into a dry rub.
- Rub the ribs generously with olive oil and Worcestershire sauce.
- Apply the dry rub all over, pressing into the meat.
- Wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
- Cook at 360°F for 30 minutes wrapped.
- Remove foil, brush with any remaining juices.
- Cook uncovered at 400°F for 15 minutes for caramelized crust.
- Rest 10 minutes before serving.
