  • 2 cups (American) of oil — 16,907 oz
  • 2 free-range eggs
  • 4 cups (American) of finely grated Minas cheese

Instructions:

  1. Combine milk, oil, and salt in a saucepan. Bring it to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, pour the mixture over the cassava starch placed in a bowl. Stir thoroughly with a wooden spoon until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add the eggs, one at a time, continuously stirring with the wooden spoon. Incorporate the grated cheese, kneading with your hands until the dough no longer sticks. Knead the dough on a floured surface until it becomes smooth and soft.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls in the palm of your hand, leaving some space between each one. Place them in the Air Fryer, ensuring about an inch of space between the balls. Fry at 392 °F for 5 minutes.
